6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery.
- Kindly provide clear photos/videos as proof for faster resolution.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Products without original tags or packaging
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs may be:
- Covered by us in case of defective/wrong items
- Or borne by the customer for other returns (depending on policy)
